'We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. For Christmas we gifted my brother and sister in law a weekend away with us to go to a Sharks game and the Winchester Myster House tour. It was a big deal becuase it was the 1st time they were leaving their 9 month old twins. The property was perfect. We all stated how clean and easy to check in it was. 'Tina was a great host. It fit our family of 6 with a toddler comfortably. There were tons of towels and storage space for clothes and other items. We loved the complimentary house slippers. The backyard was nice to sit out at the table to enjoy meals or quiet time. We had everything we needed and it was centrally located. 'Loved the ease of checkin process and detailed instructions and timely replies from the host. Not missing your gym routine during a vacation is a plus for this property and I loved it. Beds were comfortable With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths this property is more suitable for smaller groups like 4 people than larger groups as the 2nd bath was a remodeled powder room with a tiny standing shower in a cramped space. 'Things we really liked: The location was convenient and very walkable to Japantown and downtown SJ. We appreciated the keurig coffee in the room, and bottled water tank near the shared kitchen where we could refill our water bottles. The bed was comfortable. 'Plenty of room and good setup for a work trip. Close enough to downtown to make getting to convention center an easy uber or bike ride. Great backyard to chill out in. And waaaay cheaper than a downtown hotel!'

'We liked the neighborhood itself, but the house was not to our liking. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It does not have central heat and air. When you run a few items like TV, heater/console and lights, the breaker would trip. When running my hairdryer and having lights on, the breaker would trip. Kinda scary with no lights on and not safe. We didn't stay the second night we paid for.'

'We had a good time in downtown San Jose. The neighborhood was quiet, with a school and community center nearby and a nice Mexican bakery truck a short distance walk away. The home had two spacious bedrooms and a nice living area that we could relax in after hiking. Would visit again!'
