'I booked my parents into Lane's hotel style accommodation while my family and I stayed in another one of his larger units in a building about a minute away. The location was incredible (only a one minute walk to the waterfront). The unit was very clean, comfy and the exposed bricks and historic features were really interesting and cool to be immersed in. Another cool feature was that the Lieutenant Governor's mansion, which is a pretty famous Halifax attraction, was directly across the street....

'I don’t normally write reviews but was pretty happy with this spot. Stayed here for a few days with my husband and our 2 little kids. Location was excellent especially with kids, easily walkable to the harbour front where we spent all of our time. Very clean so we immediately felt comfortable, and loved the bedroom space as well as living room space to hang out. Also, 5 min walk to the grocery store and a spot to grab wine / beer. 'Lane's place was incredible! I was traveling with family on the east coast and decided to do a night in Halifax before heading back to Ontario. I do not regret booking this beautiful suite! The historic charm and modern touches really made us feel cozy and comfortable. The location was PERFECT!
