'Very noisy upstairs '

'The smell of sewage and scented cleaning products was over powering. Kitchen was too cold to work in.Shower head could be better. Black tiles and grout not very clean. Cold shower floor.They advertised a sauna, but it was locked, we could not use it. Great view of the lake.'

'We were 4 adults you only provided 4 bath towels 2 face cloth and 2 hand towels. One we had to use in bathroom? There was only comfortable seating for 3 so after being out touring all day someone had to sit on a dining chair. There is lots of room next to the small sofa for a comfortable chair. The bathroom vanity had no room to put anything on it. Instead of a plant a little table would have worked especially for the couple who had absolutely no place to put anything in the small bedroom. ...
