Strandhotels in Puerto Rico Island

'Resort fee is a little pricy'

'Me encantó todo !! Espectacular !!'

'We get there and they didn’t have the room set up The resection made phone calls so they let them know what room to give us.'

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein.

'I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. They advertise having a full spa, which was a major reason I booked here. Upon arrival, I discovered that there is no spa on-site at all. Instead, they casually refer guests to some spa in the city that has no connection to the hotel. This is blatant false advertising. I felt misled and frustrated, as I specifically chose this hotel expecting to unwind at a spa without having to leave the property. Very disappointing experience, and...

'The hotel is ama'

'Veel te duur voor de kwaliteit. Het was geen Aman.'

'The Staff was EXCELLENT! Super helpful and helped us with the parking situation and suggestions of places to visit. The bed was super comfortable. Will definitely book at Metro when we come back to PR.'

'Picture was deceiving'

'La atencion de los jóvenes que trabajan en el hotel es excelente, esta es nuestra segunda estadia en menos de 3 meses y volvemos pronto. Muy recomendado'

'This place is amazing! We were glamping right next to the Puerto Rico Botanic Gardens. The tent was clean with an amazing private bathroom and a very nice bathtub! All the tents have a mini refrigerator, dishes and utensils, a microwave and a front porch. We had a great night listening to all the night creatures, like the coqui. There is a very nice pool. The owner was very helpful and nice. It includes a great breakfast with fresh fruit. There is a dog in the property that is super adorable!'

'Perfect'

'Our stay was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The Balcony I would not book again. they pigeons were always on ledge and made it dirty with their poop. I don't think the outside balcony was cleaned though-out our stay. It kept us from enjoying it - and although its ocean view you face the street and hear the cars at night along with the waves of the beach, past the street view. I think it was an extra expense of money that i could have saved.'

'Best hotel! I solo travel to Puerto Rico very often and this is My first time at this hotel and I’m in love the room was clean the staff were friendly and helpful they have a designated smoking area on property free parking and the location is so convenient what I love the most is that the hotel had key pads which felt super secure the room was clean sheets were clean everything felt great !
