'Amazing staff. From the people working the entrance gate, the late night security and everyone else. Amazing People made the stay worth it. You are a little far from a lot of the great locations to visit but if you just want to stay there it's perfect.'

'When we arrived, there was almost no water anywhere in the city of San Juan due to a large breakage in the pipeline. Certainly not the hotel’s fault. They trucked in water when they could get it to fill their cistern and provided free 16 ounce water bottles whenever we asked for them free of charge. Room service was hit or miss, sometimes OK sometimes not. We were there for five nights. Staff tried to be helpful. AC worked great. We didn’t try the hot tub. They said they will refund us half...
