'I can’t express how grateful I am for Anchors Hotel. After our Vrbo host unexpectedly canceled our reservation less than 24 hours before our flight with no explanation we were left scrambling to find a place to stay. Thankfully, we found Anchors Hotel, and it truly felt like a blessing in disguise. To make matters even more stressful, our flight was delayed as well. As soon as we landed, I called the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late. We didn’t get there until around 12:30 AM,...

'Great location, nice rooms, very clean, staff helpful in recommending tours, nice pool, overall great experience.'

'The street outside of our room was very loud... the bathroom was out of hand soap... and the ac didn't properly cool. As you can imagine, not very restful! But it was clean and the staff was kind at check in. We did leave a day earlier than planned... the casino was fun, though!'

'Great location. Everything is good except for poor customer service. Hotel phone could be reached to the front desk and even before we came to the hotel, our phone numerous calls to reach to this hotel got nowhere. Not impressive by the cold front desk people. In this regard, I would give the hotel a rate from 1-3 max. It really doesn’t represent Marriott well!'

'I got a room without windows not even a small one. The place is ok for a night in between flights. But a room without windows it should be ilegal.'

'The most attractive feature is the fact that the hotel is adjacent to the beach. The restaurant is outdoors so you have a beautiful view of the beach plus the food as well as the drinks are good. On the weekends, there is a DJ and live music. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Also, the rooms are clean. I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel and its location is very convenient in el Condado area.'
