'The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that. The unit is very spacious, nice and clean, partial ocean view from the balcony. '

'Our three week stay was great. The location of the unit was great with easy access to most things. The reason for a three star rating is the unit was not clean, just superfically clean. The fans and AC vents have not been cleaned in months. The window sills and windows very dirty. The kitchen cabinents were full of grease and were never cleaned from the last guest. Upon on entry we noticed that the toilet water valve was turned off so I turned it on to discover the toilet continuely leaked. ...

'Great location and hosts. The only two issues encountered was no water heater and the gate access beeper had a dying battery. Other than that great little stay.'

'Place met description of post. Location was great relative to amenities nearby. Dining area only sat 4 (there were 5 of us), there wasn’t enough spoons (seemed odd) and beds in second room were a bit uncomfortable. Our overall stay was great and would recommend to anyone who is just looking for a place to sleep. Communication with host was excellent!'

'Right on the water, comfortable beds, like a treasure hunt to get there, but we loved the adventure. Not for elderly as wooden staircase to sleeping quarters with same outdoor stairway to kitchen and second bath. Still, fun place to stay with excellent communication from host.'

'Location was great my biggest issue was parking. You had to park in the hospital lot because it's on their property. 3 to $18 every day. You get a break if you only spend 15 min on the lot.'

'We had a fantastic stay in Rincón. The home was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which really stood out and made the stay very comfortable. Everything was just as described, and the space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the area. We would definitely book this property again and highly recommend it to others.'

We tried to sort it out through the VRBO chat and attempted to contact the host several times for help, but sadly, we didn’t receive any callbacks as requested.
