'Whilst the accommodation was ok, there were quite a few maintenance issues that need correcting. The lockbox refused to open despite many attempts on arrival and departure to open it. If another tenant had not assisted me I have no idea how long I would have been waiting out front to enter. The owner was informed and offered a gift card, but nobody attended to fix it while I was there. '

'Cozie homes were prompt to reply to queries which was appreciated. Out of hours check in is inconvenient so travellers make sure you are arriving before 6pm to the property.Property pics are better than the actual condition of the property which needs an update and freshen up in the bathrooms.Drift is a large and lovely property overall but with lots of families staying, in hindsight this was not a good choice for us in the context of the noise and intrusion into our own desire for sleep ins.The...

Super easy arrival and departure and Thommo replied promptly to all communication including putting us in touch with a local travel and tour operator for excursions. Recommend the half day snorkel tour from Palm Cove. Highly recommend this apartment nestled amongst lush tropical gardens and pools. '
