'It Was advertised as a “phenomenal penthouse” & “gorgeous apartment” this was False & Misleading and in need of repairs, a thorough clean, patch & paint job. It was a below average ordinary apartment.'

'The apartment is very well maintained and offers a nice roof-top view to the ocean. We had a great time and enjoyed the place.The host was very responsive, i.e. we always received an answer within a few minutes for any question we had, which was very much appreciated.We definitely can recommend that place.'

I didn’t realise that in a very small sentence at the bottom of the message stated that you had to find a specific parking space and then the key combination lock in the dark and input a code! 'There was very little information on the site about the property so I didn't realise that it was 2 storeys with 3 bedrooms upstairs - fortunately there was a bedroom downstairs. The location was excellent and the host was very helpful and responsive. It's in a lovely position on the canals.'
