Cozie Homes were great to deal with and a few minor issues were sported out quickly. Great location and nice and quiet at night. The only thing, the second bedroom is actually a converted "sunroom" and it did not have any power points (but no major drama really but couldn't get the windows to open).'

'The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, impeccably clean with fresh crisp bedding and plenty of towels. Lots of thoughtful touches and generous tea and coffee supplies. Super easy arrival and departure and Thommo replied promptly to all communication including putting us in touch with a local travel and tour operator for excursions. Recommend the half day snorkel tour from Palm Cove. Highly recommend this apartment nestled amongst lush tropical gardens and pools. '

'Whilst the accommodation was ok, there were quite a few maintenance issues that need correcting. The lockbox refused to open despite many attempts on arrival and departure to open it. If another tenant had not assisted me I have no idea how long I would have been waiting out front to enter. The owner was informed and offered a gift card, but nobody attended to fix it while I was there. '
