'The view up and down the Maroochy River is beautiful. Improvements could be made to the apartment including replacing the furniture especially the couch as the arm is loose, and the tatty cushions; the thin floor rugs which are stained; blinds are needed in the sunny lounge area; there is no door between the bedroom and ensuite; no mattress protector; there was a musty smell throughout and the apartment did not ‘smell’ clean nor was it sparkling. The kitchen is well equipped but tea towels too...

'The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It contained everything we needed. Great location. There was a mix up with the check in and because the only way to contact the host was via message it was a bit stressful. Not how you want to start your holiday. I received a text but the text then did not have a return facility. It would be so much better to have a simple phone number I could call. Having said all this I would have no hesitation in booking the apartment again. It was ideal...
