'Lovely accommodation in Brisbane close to the beautiful Roma Park. Staff were lovely and they upgraded me to a double room which was amazing and the facilities were really good. The room was very clean as well. '

'Wow! We were extremely impressed with all the staff members as they were very happy, really helpful and wanted you to enjoy your stay. We had a room for the two of us and it was really clean, spacious with our own bathroom. There was not any loud noises and the bed was so comfortable. Really impressed with this accommodation and would recommend to anyone who needed to stay in Brisbane. Thank you for making our stay so lovely 😍 '

'Amazing Facilities, I liked that each floor had its living space, refrigerator and microwave apart from the main kitchen area. The beds were very clean and comfortable, so as the bathrooms. Staff very friendly '

'WORST HOSTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD!! Despite online booking confirmation and ringing up the hostel beforehand to tell them my ETA, I was told, rather rudely, that they were full and had no beds available. After a lot of back and forth it was clear they had overbooked as they had my name written down but still kept telling me I couldnt stay there. So they turned me out into the streets of brisbane in the middle of the night as a solo female traveller with all my things and nowhere to go. No help,...

'The room was fine (atleast if you are not staying at level 2). The service is really bad, miscommunication on miscommunication among the staff and promises they don’t keep (the manager is not cooperating to solve things either). If you need something more than only stay there for a night I wouldn’t recommend it and social organization is limited.'
