'Solo traveler. It’s not in the nicest areas, but the resort it self looks nice once you enter the gate. The jacuzzi on my balcony was dirty and stained. The balcony was huge , with a nice view of the pool. The room was clean. We went one day with out electricity and it was very hot . I had issues with the WiFi and it took over a day to get it resolved. I came on this trip to relax for 6 nights but I feel like I could’ve just stayed home with my kids and been the same amount of relaxed as I...

'Unbearable amount of mosquitoes. We had to go buy off deep woods outside the property because it was triple the price in here. We also had to buy raid because mosquitoes were inside the rooms. Some of the staff were not nice even tho majority of the staff were. One of our rooms had bugs in the sink and the replacement rooms flooded. The beach water was not great but Kids had fun there and in the pools tho.'
