Personnel are friendly and efficient, rooms are the most spacious and comfortable. We loved the quietness and zen feeling of this place. 'I recently stayed at OMO5 Tokyo Gotanda by Hoshino Resorts, and it was a fantastic experience that balanced comfort, convenience, and style. The hotel is ideally situated right between Gotanda and Osaki JR Stations, offering excellent access to multiple train lines, including the Yamanote Line, which makes exploring Tokyo incredibly easy. 1 slaapkamer, luxe beddengoed, donzen dekbedden

'Beschikbaarheid van wasmachine en wasdroger was erg prettig. Helaas is dit ook een nadeel omdat de kamers erg gehorig waren, hoorde je ook de hele nacht wasmachines centrifugeren. Verder is de kamer ook erg krap. Twee koffers passen er niet zomaar in, hiervoor moet je wel de gehele bureau leegruimen. Lokatie hotel is zeer prettig want het ligt 3 minuten van station Gotanda.'

'I am delighted to be staying at the Westin Tokyo. Initially, I thought I would prefer a more Japanese-style hotel. The Westin has a special flavor and is exquisite on so many levels. The rooms are impeccable, the food excellent, and, most importantly, they have outstanding Concierge services. I don't speak Japanese.'

'Great location in area full of restaurants. Neat breakfast with sweet and savory things. Small but good. Rooms very clean and modern bathrooms. Lots of small extras in the hotel and quiet. Super comfy beds just 1 stop away from busy Shibuya. '

'Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Gotanda Station, which is also itself conveniently located along the Yamanote Line. Friendly staff, has a convenience store just opposite the hotel, and easy to go anywhere in Tokyo from the hotel. Highly recommended!'

'This was a quieter neighborhood in Tokyo but easy to get to everything we needed and close to a train station. The property is simple but has everything you need. The only thing it did not have were three-prong outlets which is fine but just a heads up for American travelers, has plenty of two prong outlets though. '
