'Beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the ice cold water in the lobby especially the fruit infused ones. Breakfast was great each morning. I was not a fan of the parking arrangements although they are fast I prefer to not have my car parked valet where I don’t have access to it 24/7'

I stayed in a corner lakefront room that was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern. But the real highlight? The breathtaking views of Chicago’s skyline and Lake Michigan — truly unforgettable. I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! '

'Love our stay here. Stay for 5 days 4 nights with a toddler and it was a great experience. All the staff are amazing! So sweet. Only bas experience we had was when we got lock out of our room because the door guard somehow was put up, seem a little suspicious. Overall everything else was great. Will definitely come back again.'
