'They don’t answer me, they don’t let us in to the hotel'

'Management team keeps checking to make sure all is well I njoy my stay very close to beach, and all nice places was walking distance away Tiki bar right across from room and junkanoo beach was amazing I give it 9/10'

'If I could give a ten i would It was home from home Mike the owner was so nice and helpful I absolutely loved my stay, this place has everything you need. My 1st visit to the island and I would come back in a heartbeat, the only down side was having to leave Thank you Mike and kara for a wonderful stay'

'Beautiful interior but needs updates and spray for bugs. I was given another room at a different location because they double booked. Glad this happened because my friends said their accommodations were bad and had mold, lots of bugs didn't feel safe. The location was good and beach across the street. Internet was out most of the stay. Lots of steps with lovely decor. The unit upstairs wasn't as nice as the Orange Cottage and didn't have much lighting. Outside needs lighting for all of the...

'We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and cozy. It was perfect for two. Our host was nice and responsive'

'The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. It is in a very nice area and I like the fact that it’s gated so you feel safe. The only suggestion I have is putting larger bowls in the kitchen.. I wanted to mix a salad but there were no mixing bowls available. There’s a food store right across the street which was very convenient. I will definitely be back!! 10/10!'

'There is no check in process however, the host is very communicative and easy to contact. The actual unit had enough space for 5 adults (3 queen beds), however the decor makes the space very dark - difficult to get ready in. Additionally some maintenance and deep cleaning is needed on the property. Overall it is a fair price for what you get and suited to a short trip. Not sure how well this location would work for those without a car or unfamiliar to the island.'

'I was a little bit wary booking this place as there were limited reviews. However for the price point and location for 2 nights we decided to book. I'm so glad we did as it's so well located. Minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants so close by too. It's an old characterful building but felt very secure and was surprisingly quiet on a night. For way less than a room in the big resorts we had lots of space and were very comfortable. It's certainly not high end luxury but clean, cosy, cool...

'Justin the host was very responsive and everything from booking to check in and check out was seamless. Property is as described and in a great location with many good restaurants in walking distance. Sandyport resort and its lovely beach was within a very easy walk and getting the resort passes was a simple process of getting them at the resort front desk. The resort beach was lovely and quiet and the snorkelling was very good. Property is close to the airport and when we left the resort front...

'This was my second time staying here….the neighborhood is very quiet and the host always answers promptly and professionally'

'Clean room, safe area, close beach and shopping areas '
