'My main consideration in renting this property was its closeness to the town of Hillsborough. The property was clean however that’s all I can say. The road leading to the property was unpaved and sewer lines were recently installed and stuck up in road. Also commercial buildings were on right side of house and we heard thumping/banging noises.
