'house has nice open space , excellent kitchen space as well. I have given owner some suggestions on improvements with regards to supplies and some better instructions . Overall an excellent place to stay and would not hesitate to stay again if in Durham again'

Good location-close to many restaurants and a grocery store. We felt safe and took walks in the neighborhood. We would stay here again in the future!'

'The home is older, but the beds are comfortable, the home is adequately furnished, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The location is close to so many restaurants and stores - perfect for using delivery services such as Door Dash. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owners were responsive.'

'The pictures sold me & did not disappoint. The property was just as pictured. But its not what was pictured the created a memorable weekend, the place has more then you needed. When we travel we bring a small household of needed items, but I didn't need anything when I say it was fully stocked it was just that. But it was labled so you can return what you used back to its spot. Look the place comes with easy to follow instructions lol. I love it. '
