'Lovely hotel with a great vibe and the access to Roger’s Centre is unbeatable.
We did see some pretty sketchy characters around the hotel, which scared my daughter, but I know that’s a hard thing for the hotel to address. Just maybe something to be aware of when you’re booking. '

'The staff was very welcoming, friendly, full of smiles and polite. In my experience that preceds everything in the hospitality industry, it's not just the rooms or amenities that make a stay enjoyable. Don't get me wrong Matrix hotel has it all.
The room was clean and very comfortable, with elegant decor. They went over and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown area.

'Clean and renovated hotel. We were in the river view room and it was one of the most spacious hotel rooms I have been to. The view was breathtaking even in third floor room that we were in. Definitely will come back and strongly recommended.
Two small downsides to be fair, the indoor parking was height limited and the entrance was VERY small, we opted to park outside even though the price was the same. Also the buffet breakfast was good, but could really be better and have more variety...

'My stay was good. Staff were patient and helpful and the room was clean and tidy. The downtown area around the hotel is very sketchy though however it has notting to do with the hotel or in their control. Other than that it was a good experience. '

Wel een handdoek voor het licht onder de deur leggen want die kier is best groot. Ontbijt continental en inter continental stelt niet zo heel veel voor. Genoeg ontbijt gelegenheden in de buurt. Prima beden badkamer. Schoonmaak ook uitstekend. Koffiemachine, koelkast en water op de kamer. Enige wat we misten was een kluisje.
Personeel behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk.
Kortom wij vonden dit een erg fijn hotel en komen hier graag nog een keer terug!
