Het ligt niet echt centraal maar door hun privé (gratis)ter beschikking gestelde taxi bus die elk kwartier reed van en naar metro station is dit geen probleem. De kamers zijn groot en schoon. Alleen hadden wij het idee dat de biertjes in de koelkast voor ons waren dus hebben we de eerste dag lekker genoten van een biertje allebei en de volgende dag hebben we er eentje gedeeld. Pas bij het afrekenen bleek dat dit dus de minibar was. Het stond ons inziens nergens aangegeven. Maar okay ze waren lekker dus betaal je ervoor bij het uit checken. "

"Centraal gelegen verblijf. Vlakbij Nishi markt en de drukte van Gion. Schone kamers en comfortabel bedden. Wij hadden double beds, waardoor het bed ook groot was. Goede douches en een ruim bad. Gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. Amenities wederom gratis beschikbaar bij de receptie. Elke dag kreeg je gratis handboeken, deze werden voor de deur neergelegd als je ‘niet storen’ op je deur had. Half uurtje lopen vanaf Kyoto station en meerdere bus haltes vlakbij het hotel. Klein half uurtje lopen van Yasaka Shrine. Erg geschikt voor een kort verblijf in Kyoto omdat je zo centraal zit. Je zit wel midden in de drukte van het centrum en daardoor kan er soms wat geluiden vanaf de straat komen (motoren etc) "
