'Mooi hotel, personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fietshuur was goed geregeld. Bar was mooi. Kamer erg schoon, zeer ruim en mooi design. Locatie super, ingang metrostation direct ernaast en Imperial Palace enkele minuten lopen.'

'This ryokan impressed me with its charm and genuine staff. We booked a bit late so had to get two smaller rooms for our family of 4, but everyone slept so solidly. The mats/mattresses and comforters are so comfortable. My husband wanted to stay at a ryokan because “we can stay at a Hyatt anywhere in the world, let’s do something different”. We ate the traditional breakfasts there wearing our yukatas, we all utilized the onsens, the staff was incredibly helpful with calling taxis, calling ahead...

'Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De kamer was keurig, doch stoffig op onderstel van de tafel en op tafel bij waterkoker. Keurig personeel en behulpzaam. Minpuntje: Er is een rokers kamer op de begane grond aanwezig. Deze deur zat vlak bij onze kamer en als iemand daar net gerookt had, hing de geur in de hal voor onze deur. Bij binnenkomst roken we de nicotine geur regelmatig. Zeker niet prettig als astma patiënt. En meeroken voor kind. '
