"Appartement 2 chambres confortable et propre, équipé d’une kitchenette fonctionnelle mais devrait être rénové, le tapis plein au sol et sur les plaintes sont vraiment à changer, également dans les chambres. Le papier peint est aussi très dépassé. La salle de bain pourrait être rénovée également et disposer d’un pommeau de douche plus moderne. La piscine était très agréable et chauffée. Le petit déjeuner compris était bien varié et excellent. "

"First of all I will start with the good thing. The location is great for exploring downtown Montreal. There are metro stations nearby on a few minutes of walking distance. The state of the accommodation is not bad and the personnel are mostly friendly. Breakfast can be chaotic when you enter during rush hour. Finding a table can be a challenge. What i really did not like was the cleanliness of the rooms. When i entered my room there were hairs all over the place and dust in the corners on the floor. Unfortunately the days after it wasn't much better. After every cleaning session the beds were made up and some stuff were stocked again but the floor/sink/bath were still dirty. I had to ask for new towels twice even though it was obvious there weren't any clean towels in the bathroom anymore. The day before checkout they 'forgot' to clean te room. If you are looking for a clean room this is not your hotel. "
