'The apartment is ideally located - short walk to the beach, and restaurants right across the street (and a deli below the apartment). Bikes available and an outdoor space for games. There are still some drainage issues around the island, so the walkway to the beach at the end of the street was under water from recent rain (we saw this in other parts of the island, too). Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you for a nice weekend! '

'We enjoyed our stay! Condo was the perfect size for a family of 3-4 people. We loved it! Property is close to the stores and the beach. The on-property bikes were fun to ride around the island. Our host checked in on us, which was nice. We will definitely be back!'

'Overall the property is cute! Great location and cute games in the communal area. Cute modern and clean! My only recommendations are if there is a family of 4 staying especially with teen girls make sure there are more towels. One towel per person for a week is not ideal. I also recommend providing a new kitchen sponge for new guests, ours had hair and it was previously used. Listing also didn’t not indicate in unit 5 that the bedrooms are separated by a wall and not completely closed off...

'We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...

'ij aankomst dacht ik het kan niet waar zijn de buiten kant zag er echt oud uit. Vriendelijke service bij het inchecken en erg snel. Eenmaal bij de kamer kon ik mijn ogen niet geloven hoe keurig dit soort studio er uit zag zo mooi en schoon. Echt een aanrader dicht bij het strand op ongeveer 100 meter. Perfect om hier te verblijven. Ga er zeker weer heen.'
