'サンタルチア駅から大きい橋を小さい橋を渡り裏路地みたいな所を歩いた先にあります アパートなのでパスコードを貰ってから入るのですが、元々チェックインの前日までに教えてくれるはずが当日の16時頃にパスコードが送られて来て、遅いと思います ですが受付の人は優しかったです 2人にしては部屋は十分広く良かったです 部屋の真ん前から水上バスも出ていて交通にも便利でした！ YouTubeとNetflixも見れます！'

'We never saw or talked to a host. No instructions in the room regarding who to contact with problems/questions. Room was quiet and good sized but sparsely furnished. Appeared to be in need of a good cleaning. Black spots on the window sheers -hard to tell but possibly mildew? Multiple stains in the shower, glass door and toilet could be due to hard water but wonder if some cleaning products could remove the stains. The fridge did not seem to work no matter what setting we tried. A.C./heat...

'One of the best places that I've stayed. The apartment was lovely and well equiped. It has clearly been recently renovated to a very high standard. The location was great for getting out to explore Venice whilst feeling quiet and secluded at the same time. The canal view really adds to ilthe stay. My children loved watching and waving to the gondolas as they passed. I would highly recommend staying here.'
