Great breakfast with waffles and green chili burritos that you build yourself (so if you just want bacon, eggs, potatoes--you've got that). 'The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. '

"The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him.
We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything and move in the middle of the night?
