'Easy to check in even we arrived after 11pm. Friendly staff. Near to everything like shopping mall & food etc etc. Very quiet. The only thing to improve the drainage from the shower room, heater from the shower & to clean the AC (AC is not that cold). If you are a huge foreigner (like extra large & above) I won’t recommend this place because the toilet area is really small. Overall our stay is really pleasant. Glad this place is clean. 'Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great.'

Shangri-La The Fort Manila and Shangri-La the Fort Boracay are by far the best resorts I've stayed in. The services they provide far exceed the price you pay (in my opinion). Try to book a Millennium Club room, then you are on the 9th floor and have a separate checkin and access to the lounge. The hotel is located at walking distance of the Mall of Asia. They also offer a free shuttle at stipulated times. The distance to the airport is also a pro.'
