'The room and hotel were clean and well-maintained. Howerver, I couldn't sleep at night due to the loud, never-ending traffic noise from the nearby freeway.'

'We were assigned a pet friendly room. Upon entering the foul odor of dig was strong. We asked to switch to a non-dog friendly room but we were denied. No surprise it is hard to get guest w/o dogs to stay in these rooms. Also the hall had a a lot dog hair. Fortunately we did not see any inside the room. Consider vacuuming the hall way so you don’t bring the dog hair into the room.'
