'This is a Great Place. The host was very helpful and communicative. The house has everything you need to have a great time. The saltwater pool is excellent. The grounds are very private. Lots of places to sit and relax while watching the squirrels, Turkeys and Birds. The Bocce Court is also a lot of fun. The BBQ is first class and works very well. Can't go wrong with this one.'

'We stayed in the villa for our yearly family vacation with kids and grandkids. It's a great place for that with plenty of room for all of us and a great pool. Also lots of fun things to to in the surroundings to keep us all entertained when we weree not in the pool. The host was super responsive when we had any questions or things that needed attention.'

'If you’re looking for great place to stay in Santa Roaa; look no further. This home offered everything we needed and more. This home had something for everyone in our group. From cosy corners to a family game room. Even a big enough table for all our family members. We appreciated the privacy of the pool and enjoyed the sounds of nature. Emmy was a perfect hostess and extremely helpful. Our family had a wonderful time making memories. There would be no hesitation to rent it again.'

'This is a great house. The pool, theater room, spaciousness and isolation stand out. It's not a good place if a person has problems with stairs. There could have been a bigger selection of pots, pans and pyrex ovenwear.The refrigerator should have been checked before we got there, as there was a water leak. I give it a 9 out of 10 rating. '

'Check in process was easy and Austin the host was great to work with. The backyard has a cute little sitting area and a very nice gas barbecue grill.The house was immaculate and perfect for us and our adult children. Would definitely recommend staying at this property when you are in the Santa Rosa area'

'We (two adults and 4 kids ages 7-11) had a great stay at this property. There's a bit more wear and tear than expected from the pictures, but the house was clean and had almost everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, bocce court, and foosball table. A house that sleeps 10 could use more than 6 dinner plates, and a gas grill would be a nice upgrade from the charcoal grill.'
