'Our air conditioning was broke in both of our rooms the whole 5 days, we reported it 5 times to no avail. The basketball court one of the only extra things to do was under construction without any notice. Three of the restaurants require reservations and depending on the amount of days you stay is how many reservations you’re allowed…so we only got 2! 'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'
