El servicio fue excelente en todo momento, siempre atentos y amables. La comida superó nuestras expectativas, con mucha variedad y muy buena calidad. Viajamos con nuestro hijo y nos sentimos muy cómodos, es un lugar ideal para familias. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%. '

'Overall, we had a memorable trip, but there were definitely some highs and lows. Unfortunately, Esteban nearly ruined part of our experience. His behavior felt classist and inconsistent. As Latinos vacationing in Mexico, it was disappointing to feel judged based on appearance. I wore Birkenstock sandals to every meal prior without issue, yet he turned us away at Bordeaux because of them. After changing and returning, we watched him allow multiple guests in wearing open-toed sandals no dressier...

'Great property, everything was clean. Food was good, what you would expect from an all inclusive resort. Hotel staff were very nice. Activities in the resort were also fun if deciding not to venture outside of the resort. I’d give my overall experience and 8/10. '
