'Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en familia. El hotel es hermoso, muy bien cuidado y con un ambiente perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar. El servicio fue excelente en todo momento, siempre atentos y amables. La comida superó nuestras expectativas, con mucha variedad y muy buena calidad. Viajamos con nuestro hijo y nos sentimos muy cómodos, es un lugar ideal para familias. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%. '

'Overall, we had a memorable trip, but there were definitely some highs and lows. Unfortunately, Esteban nearly ruined part of our experience. His behavior felt classist and inconsistent. As Latinos vacationing in Mexico, it was disappointing to feel judged based on appearance. I wore Birkenstock sandals to every meal prior without issue, yet he turned us away at Bordeaux because of them. After changing and returning, we watched him allow multiple guests in wearing open-toed sandals no dressier...

'Staffing at the beach club were extremely inappropriate and harassing us after the wind blew over hookah and burnt their towel. He followed us out of the beach club, harassed us, tried to lie and said it happened twice then followed us back to the hotel. Completely unprofessional and i will Never stay here again. We spent over $400 at the beach club and this is how we were treated.'
