'Perfect place and service. Breakfast was excellent. '

'Great Hotel, not far from Jujo Station, which is just two stops from Kyoto Station. Spacious and clean room and bath, friendly staff.'

'I stayed here the second time. The hotel building is very clean and sound proof. A good western hotel with Kyoto design. It was a very relaxing stay. Our room had a washing machine, magnetron and mini kitchen. I could cook a noodle soup with veggies. With some children a great choice. It took some time to find right busses. Bus 84 and 81, Karasuma Line and Keihan line. All walking distance. '

'Wonderful hotel, giving a relaxing feel inside the city. Very nice traditional Japanese breakfast box. Although a bit away from the main sights, it is conveniently located on some bus lines, so in the end easy to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go back when in Kyoto'

'Amazing location for an even more amazing price. 5 minutes from Kyoto station and equipped with all amenities needed. It’s clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend enough.'

'Large clean room, clean facilities and a large public bath for use on basement level with coin laundry which was convenient. Located approx 12 minute walk to local stations and Kyoto station.'

'Excelente'

'We loved the size of the room and the bigger bathroom, also had a washing machine which was very handy. Staff were excellent and location was good.'

'Personeel was niet echt behulpzaam '

'Close to Toji station, walking distance from Kyoto Station and shopping mall '

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'They didn’t clean the shower well — there was still hair from previous guests. The toilet drain was clogged, and every time you flushed, you had to hope it wouldn’t overflow. The worst part was that the fridge had black mold inside — not a small spot, but a large patch. I asked for it to be cleaned or replaced, and they did take care of it the next day. What was nice about the hotel, though, was the extra service they provided: free breakfast in the morning, soft drinks available all day, a...
