'Perfect location for easy access to the beach and Ocean Blvd. Very responsive management company. Had one small issue that was resolved in a few hours. Condo kitchen was very well appointed. Furniture was a tad uncomfortable but it was pull outs for extra bed so that’s expected. Enjoyed my stay there. '

The process should be easier to get into the gate. Like a passcode to enter at the gate entrace. Maybe something to talk to the association about. We did run into other renters and they agreed. 'We were lucky to find this as we planned a last minute weekend trip. We had two adults and three teens. We slept 2 to each room and one of the kids slept on the pull out. Beautiful view on the enclosed balcony. The walk to the beach is nice and short. The beach is less crowded on this end as well. Will book again in the future!'
