'The kitchen set up was very nice, but could have used some aluminum foil and plastic wrap for cooking. The only suggestion that I have would be to have a hard copy of the house handbook available because I couldn't get the scan code to work. I would also think that there may those that aren't that tech savy.'

'Perfect location to Hampton where you are not in the craziness of Hampton just outside of it. The walk to Hampton Beach State Park was quick and easy. Even the beaches at Seabrook are nice! Just a note to others as I was not aware, you have parking at the house but if you drive into Hampton you have to pay for parking everywhere! '

'This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...

'I am so happy to discover this gem. This weekend for our family was to honor my children's father who recently passed away and I struggled to find a place for my family of 6 without breaking the bank. It was clean, the host was very nice and easily available if needed and best part we were literally a minute walk to the beach & boardwalk. It is ideal location for a family. My teen boys especially loved being so close to the arcade and in the morning I could get my coffee right at the corner...
