'We had a very nice stay at CitizenM. There was an error with the incheck at the beginning, they gave us a free drink and made it no problem to leave our stuff at the Hotel so we could explore London in the meantime.
As soon as my boyfriend had a low blood sugar it was no problem for them to give us a chocolate bar as soon as possible, also for free.
We wanted to give them a tip but they only can take cash, we didn't have that on us unfortunatly. The guy told us that it didn't matter at all...

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and everything was there. The room was also nice and quiet which made sure you could relax after a busy day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Downstairs at the bar it was also nice to hang out. The only point of criticism was the breakfast, this was little for the amount charged. Keep up the good work.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Chamberlain Hotel. The hotel has a quaint, cosy feel and a lot of character, which made it feel very welcoming.
The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the bathroom was also spotless, with both a shower and a bathtub.
Breakfast was one of the highlights. There was a very good selection, but I especially enjoyed the smoked salmon and poached eggs with mashed avocado on sourdough bread —...

De kamer was erg netjes en de bedded waren lekker zacht. De omgeving was redelijk, andere delen van Londen hebben leukere restaurants en pubs in de buurt.
