'Highland falls is a dump. WE WERE LOCKED OUT AFTER 1day of a 2 day stay. Very FEW window coverings and no black out in bedroom. You’ll be up at dawn. WIFI is TERRIBLE!!! Dealing with the owner/property management company was a HASSLE. First, you cannot pay through VRBO. The property manager sent me links to pay that did not work and wasted 4 hours of my time just trying to get payment to their platform. 'A beautiful place and a beautiful setting. We would definitely stay again. A couple things you should be aware of though. If you have mobility issues or maybe are just really out of shape you will struggle getting the kayaks and lounge chairs down the steep driveway across the road and down the steep steps to the dock. Getting them down isn’t too bad but getting them back up to the house takes some real effort. Would be nice if the kayaks could just be left down near the dock. There’s a nice...

'The property was conveniently located to our trips many destinations allowing us to come and go as needed. Plenty of room for the six adults, while providing ample restrooms and seating when we were at the residence. Looking forward to booking again in the future.'

'Great location…we walked to the Saturday Farmers Market and to the little shops in Highland Falls. Definitely recommend Andy’s for breakfast and Westy’s for a great hangout place in the evenings. Don’t miss the history of West Point!'

'Great property. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We grilled the two nights we were there. The propane tank had enough in it. The instructions said if empty we should fill it up. There wasn’t a gauge on the tank, so it was a gamble and if we ran out the other tank in the closet was empty. It would have ruined our evening. I wish that was taken care of by the property and not put on the guests.'

'This guy is a scammer, an hour before my checkin they finally sent me the "location" and claimed they needed more time to clean the property. Then at 5 pm and hour after they claimed their was a gas leak and I couldn't stay there. Only thing is the address they sent me wasn't real and I am convinced this listing is fake in and used to trick people into staying at their actual property in yonkers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!'
