'Es war immer wider Laut,vorallem den Wochenenden und ab und zu laut wegen den Bauarbeiten,und das Hausallarm ging 4 male grundlos los,war für unsere kleine nicht so cool war.Und die Duschen brauchen dringend eine Renovation!SoLage und Ausicht dereinfacg fantastisch!'

'Location was awesome just steps from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, pier and entertainment. '

'Enough room for 8 people, ocean view was exceptional. Place was a little dirty, had to do some cleaning before settled in. Street noise was high especially at night. Only one parking area for a medium size car or truck. Have to hike 3 levels of stairs to get to unit, ok if you have young legs. Ocean was closed due to contamination. Lots of Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would not stay in this area again.'

'The property was terrific. Open the patio doors and listen to the waves crashing along the shoreline. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. Great underground and secure parking. The unit was roomy and clean. Our tennis team loved the place. Thank you. '

'The location is superb for a SoCal beach stay that is away from the crowds of San Diego, but close to enough to enjoy all the area has to offer. Lived watching the surfers and dolphins from the living room and balcony. '

'We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate a birthday. There were 4 of us altogether. The apartment size was absolutely perfect for all of us. The furnishings were great, except for a beach chair that broke on someone. There was the essentials to get us through the meals (bring your own toiletries). The weather was perfect and the balcony view and beach access was the best part! There were restaurants nearby and a liquor store right downstairs to supply our wine and coffee. Overall, a great experience...

'I loved being next to the beach. The price was comparatively reasonable for location. There's even a little walkable coffee, breakfast and lunch place nearby called Katy's Cafe. But there are a ton of places to eat nearby and on Palm Ave. where my family lives. The building is very secure and the apartment is cozy but roomy too, and quiet. I didn't use the kitchen but it appears to have everything needed. '
