'Host was amazing with communication and instructions. Beach outside window(2nd story), could enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the sunsets, easy area to run in street band beach. East access for biking on the strand and to Coronado. Relatively quiet, there is a issue with some persons who come and party but found that it quieted around 10 or so, and yes there is a homeless population but usually not too much of an annoyance. Well stocked, comfortable, clean. A few great eateries close by.'

'Great beds, fast internet, full cable TV, HDMI cord open on TV. Ocean view. My TMobile uc5G was very fast. Walk to beach, pier, restaurants, bars, and public transportation. Will stay here again.'

'Overall pleased with the property. It is not high end as far as decor or furnishments. Several of the dressers, tables, and even the shower door were past the point of "shabby chic" and could be replaced. Very clean and had plenty of towels, hair dryer, and kitchen had everything we needed for meals. We were disappointed to find the pool had been shutdown the day before we arrived thru no fault of the property manager but we weren't informed of this and had to find out through the notice on the...

'Condo was in a great location. Steps to beach. Parking was onsite and easy. Check in and communication with property owner was seem less and well organized. We had a great stay.'

'The view from this condo is amazing. We enjoyed being as close to the waves as you can get without getting wet. The apartment is as described and nicely appointed. The building is a little deceiving but the condo is very nice. Shower water pressure in the master shower was in need of attention as was the main bathroom shower doors. We would definitely stay here again. The host did a great job of communicating all the tricks to gain access.'

'Perfect for a small family. Having a heated pool and hot tub was perfect for the kids. Beach was within walking distance. Also having restaurants and shops within walking distance was so nice as well. The host was amazing and helpful showed us around and was there to fit our schedule when checking in and out.
