'OK, I don't usually complain and write bad reviews, but there were a lot of areas of possible improvement. Firstly, it was not made clear to me that we were staying at Viejas Hotel, and not Willows (which is completely nonsmoking). My husband is allergic to smoke. We valet parked at Willows, the Valet parker asked our name and was not able to tell us that we were booked into Viejas. We then had to walk a long way with our heavy bags, from Willows to Viejas. We decided to still eat at the hotel...

'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'

'This is a great family vacation stay. The property has everything and you cannot beat the location! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Not that you need to go anywhere, there are plenty of eating places on site that are delicious. The staff is so helpful and nice, you really never need to leave.
