'The only real issue was the sound carrying from the hall and the room next to me. Our room had a door that connected to another room. Not our request but it just happened that way. I was able to hear the person clearing their throat and moving around early in the morning. I did not expect to be able to hear such soft noises between walls. 'My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful stay at the Lodge at Turbat's Creek! From the moment we arrived the lady at the front desk was so kind and accomadating, she gave us a map showed us the area, and had several recommendations for food and activities in the area. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, the surrounding area beautiful, very close to the center of town and Ocean ave. The room was extremely clean, the shower had great water pressure. 'The Inn at St John in Portland is a gem! I will always stay there. It is conveniently located, includes parking, and the facility is simply beautiful. They had lots of little niceties to make us feel spoiled. As a traveler I look forward to coming back there!'
