'De kamer was erg gehorig waardoor het verkeer 24/7 luid te horen was. De airco maakte ook enorm veel lawaai waardoor we deze maar hebben uitgezet terwijl het steeds warmer werd in de kamer. De eerste nacht ging het brandalarm af, er was geen personeel te zien. We zagen de brandweer werkdruk , het alarmsysteem was uitgezet en er gingen weer mensen naar binnen. 'We had a great time exploring Boston and surrounding colleges using this property as our home base. Proximity to public transit was great and the property host was very responsive. '

'Convenient location in south end. Cumbersome checkin with requirement to get keys from a different building. Listing stated it slept 8 but reasonably 4-5 at most. Unfortunately there was not enough dishware and silverware for even 4 people. There was 1 fork. 2 coffee mugs. The coffee pot was a nespresso but no pods provided and not notified ahead of time that that was the case. The provided cookware was VERY limited making it difficult to cook in the kitchen. 'We've been VRBO customers for more than 10 years. This is the by far the worst communication we've had with a host over that time. Marina, working under the Orchid group, downgraded the paid-for unit from a three- to a two-bedroom unit and relocated the rental from Cambridge to Seaport without any kind of notification. Great location with parking!

"Good location for when you have a car. Better rates when combined with room rates. Garage super convenient below building. In-house dining and breakfast options available. Rooms spacious with good beds, solid airco and large bathroom. No noise from outside but inside is less soundproof. Uber to Boston common was 10-15 mins."
