'Excellent hotel , had a superior room with a view , but the only down fall was the air con wasn’t well in the room but other from that from the spa to breakfast top notch will be definitely returning in the future , the room was cleaned to a high standard to the staff on arrival was really welcoming, '

'We were in Cardiff for a concert. It is a fun event city. We likened the downtown atmosphere to the Fremont Street of the U.K. The city center has the train station, shopping, dining and nightlife, all within walking or Uber distance of Novotel. This historic hotel has a great aesthetic, fantastic food, friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again!'
