'The hotel is a little tired but it is spotlessly clean & the location & ease of walking to Cardiff Bay restaurants is great. In addition, what makes the hotel excellent is the staff. Jacques at check in was very helpful & Loretta at breakfast was fantastic but all staff we encountered were great. Fantastic early morning swim & delicious breakfast too. Great hotel - would definitely recommend! '

The hotel location is central to and walkable for everything (castle, shopping, restaurants, etc), plus is clean and well maintained. The room is easily accessible, comfortable, and located within the hotel for a quiet stay. '

Close to several larger cities, so nice for business travellers that want to relax after a day's work. '

'Zeer centraal gelegen hotel op loopafstand van Cardiff Castle, winkels en horeca. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Ruime junior suite zeer geschikt voor ons gezin met drie personen. Vouchers inbegrepen voor een drankje en/of koffie in de bar. Parkeren kan naast het hotel op privéparking, wel prijzig (£25 pn) en geen gym aanwezig. Prima ontbijt.'

'Zeer mooi hotel, ruime en mooie luxekamer en zeer toffe badkamer. Spa is zeer aangenaam, leuk zwembad en bubbelbad. Lekker ontbijt, personeel is behulpzaam en er is ook een gezellige bar. Het hotel is op 5 minuten wandelen van het centrum. Pas op er is niet voldoende parking voor iedereen en dit is extra betalen. '
