'Staff was friendly, communication was good. Sleeping next to AC was not nice, switching it off was no option. Lots of dust under and behind bed. Sleeper couch was hard. Carpet on the steps and landings, very strange. We felt safe during tropical storm Debby. Safety deposit of $25 hasn’t been released as yet (10 days after stay).'

'The property does not face the beach but the beaches access road is right outside the sliding door. The beach is like 20 steps from this room. It’s on the first floor which was great for accessibility. We were in and out of the room a lot. The beds aren’t very big. My 16 and 17 yr old girls shared a bed and they were okay in it. 'I’ve stayed at Coral Beach Resort before, the overall property is excellent, great amenities. We rented a condo thru Big Fish, we loved the contactless checkin and checkout, that made everything super easy and didn’t have to wait in the lines. The rental company has great communication and easy to get in contact with. Our unit was as described. There was minor confusion with pool passes which the resort doesn’t use, and also figuring out where to get rid of our trash since we had to take our own...

'Check in process could have been easier. I was sent several messages about adding insurance, however when the rental agreement didn’t go though as I had thought, I was not contacted, meaning I could not get the door code from arrival time at 1:30 am until 8am. This wouldn’t have been an issue except we had kids with us out that late.
