What would have made it better was if the owners had cleaned out some of the maintenance materials they left in the closet, like a large pail, flooring and other items that restricted my access to the closet for my stuff. Makes a difference in a small studio. Overall, pretty good.'

'Amazing view from the eleventh floor and right on the beach. We enjoyed the large hot tub and the staff were friendly and helpful. The condo is newly re-furnished and has a partially updated bathroom. The kitchen, however, has old and grungy appliances. It’s difficult to actually cook in it and it needs a deep cleaning.'
