'Great amenities and the staff was fantastic!'

'The room was a decent size and clean. It had a mini fridge but no freezer. We were able to open the window which was nice, but it also did not have a safety netting. The AC kept turning on and off, despite us having it off or keeping it at a specific temperature. We liked the breakfast (specifically the potatoes!) and how it was open until 10am. Our overall rating would be a 8/10. '

The front has depressing homeless people due the the property s only flaw. A poor rundown area of Reno. I would definitely book again but I would insist on a room facing the back of the premises and on the top floor. Ps. Got a basic gym. '

'Very nice hotel! Friendly and welcoming staff, spacious and very clean rooms. The room has its own kitchen, and the bathroom is quite large and comfortable. The room itself is really big and very cozy. The hotel building is comfortable and well maintained. Free parking for cars is available, which is a big plus. Everything is very convenient, with useful places located right across the hotel. Check-in is very easy and smooth. Breakfast is also available. The only downside is that it is small...
