'To begin, upon checking in, the staff was very polite and helpful. The parking is easy access and free. Upon entering the room, it smells clean. Love the flooring. The bathrooms are clean. The towels are clean and fresh and the bedding is excellent. The decor is also very modern and up-to-date. This is our go to Hotel every time we come to Reno.
