'Marty was amazing, there were clear instructions for everything from check in to check out. She was so accommodating and helpful. The condo had everything you needed.'

'The check-in process was easy, with clear directions. The location was central to everything I wanted to do and more. This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by. I would say this place is comparable to a Jr suit in a hotel, but with more privacy. I enjoyed spending my birthday/mother's day here!'

'There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.'

'We had a great time. Super close to the beach which was amazing and included beach supplies. Good for both groups, although the bed situation is not ideal. Lots of pull out beds but we made do! Excellent kitchen. Overall great house and AMAZING location.'

'The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again! '

'You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment...

'We stayed here for a quick weekend to visit our daughter at SDSU. You simply cannot find a better location. The condo building and unit are rather old and could use some updating but its definitely clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay here and the communication with the owner was great! We will come back!'
