'Friendly staff.'

'The room was very clean, the staff very friendly when you could find them. The breakfast was gone by 8:15 and never replaced, including no coffee and none ever made again. Other customers complained that when they checked in and got to their rooms they had not been cleaned. It appeared they needed a lot more staff!'

'This was our third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. While the room itself was reasonably clean, the shower was noticeably dirty and clearly needed more attention. When we stayed here two years ago, shortly after the remodel, the hotel was impressive.
