' Very beautiful location and charming guesthouse.'

'Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.'

'Perfectly appointed. Owners thought of every little thing and found a good spot for it. Clean and comfortable I've already booked a return trip!'

'We attended a family wedding and property worked out great! Beds were so comfortable and it was very quiet. Liked that it was close to Ithaca. We did have ants in the kitchen and master bath. The towels were stained and worn.'

'We had the most amazing stay! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful decor — every space felt thoughtfully designed, stylish, and welcoming. The hot tub was another huge hit and the perfect way to relax at the end of the...

'Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically...

'Best sleep ever! The mattress, pillows, and sheets literally made me dream about checking the brand! I woke up so rested and ready for our vacation! The location was one mile from food and bars. The parking was a struggle for my big truck but we made it work. Only a slight incline walk to the house from the parking lot. Sunrise views and running path my the river were amazing! Would stay again!'

'This was a fantastic, modern, clean, easy, relaxing stay. Close to SO many wineries, hikes and the Corning Museum. The most relaxing vaca in a long time. Thanks so much!'
