'My family and I had stayed at this lovely home back in June and loved it so much we thought it would be great to come back for Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude. The house was just as perfect as the first time (and we really enjoyed the fireplace this time around) and Lisa was amazing with providing helpful advice about the prelude.'

'This house has a fantastic location right next to the beach, with views from the upper deck (sand dunes block the view from the hot tub, but the plus is you get privacy). Outdoor shower was a bonus. Small issues at check-in were resolved swifty, communication was great. This area has fun restaurants, and is a quick drive to Portland or Freeport. Beds and couches were comfortable, ample seating space, and we appreciated that we were able to park our car in the garage.'

'We stayed just after storms had came through the area so understandably some of the property's attributes were not accessable to us. The floating dock was pulled out of the water and placed on the beach area, which didn't leave too much bank area for fishing, and obstructed the view of the water from the chair swing. 'We have stayed at several properties at Point Sebago and this one was the best. The cabin was clean, updated and had all the conveniences of home! We had a minor issue with the grill tank and Tom happened to be up there and came and helped us right out. It was a quiet neighborhood which we truly appreciated. Our kids loved the wooded area behind the property and all the “wildlife” (tiny tree frogs and moths, lol) they saw. The sleeping options were also a favorite, they had many places to choose...

'Very lovely place. It wasn't cleaned to our desires, but the management company was fabulous in taking care of it. We had a great time, nice walk to the beach for exercise. We would stay again.'

'This was a great spot for a weekend away! The unit is well equipped with higher end finishes and furnishings which makes the u it well worth visiting. The roof deck was a lovely addition as well! We left on Sunday so was happy to be able to move the car close to the unit Saturday evening to make packing a breeze.'

'The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?'
