'Increíble experiencia. La verdad el apartamento superó nuestras expectativas: está muy bien equipado, las camas son súper cómodas y la limpieza es de primera. Además, su ubicación nos permitió movernos con facilidad por los principales puntos de interés sin perder tiempo, 2 minutos caminando de la PLAZA MAYOR y solo 6 minutos de la PLAZA DEL SOL. El proceso de check-in y check-out fue rápido y sin complicaciones. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.'

'The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did...

The apartment is beautiful and the location is superb; we could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Angel really cares about the apartment and his guests and make them feel welcome in Madrid.
