You first get the wrong address, than the self check-in machine is broken, you can't get to your room. The virtual receptionist is broken. Nobody answers the telephone. You waste your time waiting. In the room plenty of things are old and not functioning. Again no help from the nonexistent service. Fire alarm goes off. Shades are missing. Internet...
