'We stay at this hotel at least once a year and are always very pleased with the king bed suite and also appreciated it during our latest 3-day stay because it is roomy, has a great bathroom with a deep tub + shower, a very convenient area with desk, sofa, frig, and microwave, and adequate outlets for charging our phones, etc. Also, the people at the desk sometimes were very friendly and helpful but not always. But this time, we were very disappointed that the TV had no cable news (no CNN) except...

'The hotel was nice with a large refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. Nice space for guests to sit on couch. Only downfall was that we didn’t get maid service on our 2 night stay. We didnt have a tag up saying no room service annd when we came back later in the day, no one had cleaned the room. We did ask for when we got back but it but it was later in the day and they were already gone.'

'We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family. With two separate bedrooms everyone had their own bed and their own space. The beds were comfortable and came with ample pillows. The continental breakfast was delicious. They offered a wonderful variety of hot and cold foods. The fruit toppings for the waffles was a nice treat. We would definitely stay here again.'

We booked this particular hotel because we wanted to have the option to have an indoor pool. I called beforehand and asked about the condition of the pool and if if it was open. I was assured that it was. When we got to the Hotel and wanted to use the pool, we were told that the poolPool was closed...

'beds are old fashioned spring models, worked ok but a little outdated. Direct tv in the rooms is a nice touch, towels in bathrooms are also not soft to the touch. breakfast was ok but no sausage or bacon options, had waffles,biscuits/gravy, cereal eggs, toast, milk and juice options.'

'The rooms were clean for the most part, although I noticed the windows needed to be cleaned. (Apparently, since the hotel accepts pets, they may leave behind traces of their activity.) The staff was efficient and helpful. This facility is in a safe area close to the interstate and other hotels. It lacks the amenities many may expect in a hotel, such as a pool and exercise room.
