The whole area is recently redeveloped or being developed. The streets and sidewalks are wide and easy walking. The unit is a little far from the MRT and local eateries but it is easy walking. '初めて民泊を利用しました。当日代金の一部を現金で支払うとエクスペディアからの案内があり、そのことをとても心配していましたが実際はその様な支払いはありませんでした。建物の外観だと思われたピンクのビルの紹介写真は隣の建物のもので、建物を探す目安になりましたがその点を明記しておいてもらえたら良かったです。トイレの中にシャワーがあるので、シャワーを浴びて、水を一時的に止めると排水が追いつかずに便器まで届いた水がこちらに戻ってくるのが気持ちが悪く感じました。そういうのが気にならない方は安くで宿泊出来ていいと思います。今回5人で利用したので、みんなで一緒に泊まれるホテルが無く、こちらに泊まりました。値段相応のお部屋だったと思います。 ドライヤーや歯ブラシ、タオルやお茶も用意してもらいました。'

'Host was great from the time you book. Largest and newest unit in the building. High floor with great views of the city. Host is detail with snacks prepared along with bathroom amenities. Location is excellent with plenty of food choice as soon as you exit the building. Close to MRT station with local and large department stores. 100% recommend and will definite rebook again when visiting Taipei.'
