'Beautiful property! Bathrooms and linens were spotless. Excellent host, quick to reply and meet all our needs. Big bonus for us was the extra family-friendly features: pack and play and high chair on site, stairs with baby gate/door. The hot tub and pool were great. Lovely choice for a Smokey Mountain Getaway!'

'Six night stay starting 6/14/26. Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High & Dry! Located on a quiet culdesac minutes away from The Island in Pigeon Forge and short drive to Gatlinburg. Steps away from a peaceful paved walk along the river; home to a lot of geese. Our house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The large deck among trees was a great place for morning coffee. Nice, private area. Our first trip to Tennessee was wonderful and we will be returning...

The property is very clean, convenient, and in a gorgeous location. My family cannot wait to come back and spend more time there.'

'The best place to stay if you want to see bears!! Home was extremely clean and provided everything our family needed to spend the week there! It was so nice not having to bring your own towels or sheets. They even left us enough tp and paper towels for the week! Amazing!!'

'A lovely view, great game room and theater. We had a great stay with everything as promised with the exception of some indoor household equipment. (Master shower nob, dishwasher and range trouble and bad smell in the master bedroom.) The ledge in the parking lot was scary, it was a two inch step up and then you had to stop quickly so you didn’t drop off! Otherwise, five bathrooms were great, comfortable beds and view was spectacular. An overall good stay.'
