Only warning would be the noise with being near a busy healthcare center but certainly wouldn't keep me from staying here again. Also, stairs up to apartment with no elevator we could find and stairs up to bedroom loft, so if you can't do stairs, might be tough to navigate. So many great places nearby in walking distance and...

'Plenty of space and in an excellent location if you want to explore South Philly. This home is comfortable and clean. The king size bed was exceptionally comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need during your stay.
