'a last minute change to a different location and size of apartment was made without notification. only found out of the change when we received the checkin information on the day of checkin. the new place was nice but was not what we ordered. Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments. 'Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.'

'The unit itself is great and very clean. My main complaint was with the check in process. We didn’t have our check in information until an hour before our check in time. This is a major issue especially with a long day of travel. Once we got the information everything went smoothly but it was very stressful leading up to that time.'

'The picture is of the front building & the apartment is in the back of it. So it isn't a street view but it is nice and quiet being in the back building. It is behind a hooka lounge so they can be a little noisey at night. Other than that, i felt safe, it was clean, the host was amazing at communicating and with instructions.
